Autumn is learning to sew!!!
OK.. so I am totally kidding about the sweatshop stuff. But.. my little girl wants to be like mama and I decided to spend some time with her making a tooth pillow since she lost ANOTHER tooth (she just lost one a week ago... this is #4 already)
Anyhow... check her out! She did all the work except closing the pillow after it was stuffed. I have a digital machine that can go very slow so it was perfect for her... no foot pedal to worry about.
Pinning the fabric...
We stuffed it with fleece.. LOL I didn't have any pillow stuffing.
A perfect pocket for her tooth. She was SO proud of herself! Now she wants to make more pillows and some blankies for her dolls. I might need to get her a sewing machine lol. I told her I will let her do one little project a week. :)

Go autumn go!! I can't wait to see what else you make!

How sweet. When I was little my grandma let me make tons of pillows (handstitched) for my barbies and dolls. We would stuff them with paper towels, fabric scraps, and whatever else was laying around!
